HOLLY KELLY, MD
A Board Certified spinal rehabilitation and pain management specialist, Dr. Kelly works with patients to eliminate pain and help them return to an active lifestyle. By specializing in interventional and non-surgical care, she uses trusted treatments, injections, and medications that can have a major impact on improving a patient’s quality of life by reducing pain and disability.
As a native of Marin County, Dr. Kelly returned to the Bay Area after receiving her bachelor’s degree in biology at Oberlin College. After working as a physical therapy aid, she went back to the mid-west to complete her medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Drawn to the dramatic impact she could make in the lives of patients through the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialty, Dr. Kelly completed a residency at UC Davis Medical Center where she gained hands-on experience in non-operative orthopedic treatment.
Dr. Kelly also completed a fellowship in Pain Management and Anesthesia at UC Davis, before accepting a position with Kaiser Permanente. She first connected with the team at Marin Orthopedics in 2005 through her husband, an established Marin physical therapist, and brought a wealth of conservative treatment experience to the practice. A specialist in spinal evaluation and treatment, Dr. Kelly focuses on non-operative spinal care, rehabilitation program management, and pain medication management.
At Future Medical Group, she provides a variety of advanced treatments including regenerative intradiscal injections with PRP and stem cells as well as PRP facials and Botox®.
